    Topic Approved.EDIT:

I would love to know what photographic equipment does she use to shoot all the pictures that you have been sharing with us. Seems like some very good lenses.

Thanks for the speedy Approval. Oh yes, some people do not like that R1 rear.

You are allowed to sit and feel and touch these machines coz that is the only way that you will know what and how it feels like before even thinking about going for an order wherein you will take a test ride. You come with me to France and I will make you test ride the motorcycle of your choice for 30 mins. As many motorcycles as you want. Brand new.

I will try to find out her equipment. From what I can remember, I think she uses a Pentax.

ps; Could you please correct Lyon with a capital L? Thanks.

I know there are many who do not like that rear. But that is perhaps the best rear I have ever laid my eyes on! The whole machine, from front to the rear looks absolutely out of this world to me. NOTHING else matters!

              Some rear-end fetish that!

Remember, God had stopped by at Italy...!!!

Will find out about that. And will convey your appreciation.

Do I read a neutered Vmax being sold in France (106hp)?

All motorcycles in France are "sold" by law at 106 Bhp with a new mapping. Most people after buying it get them back to their original mapping. But it is not legal. But who cares, other than insurance companies.

It's not just the V-Max. All motorcycles sold in France are artificially limited to 100PS.

Ken: Amazing pictures. Merci Bien to you and Mademoiselle Honore.

Speakin' of asses, that R1 sure does have the best one this side of one Ms. Lopez. The level of detailing on modern day Yamahas and Aprilias (and to a lesser extent, the Suzukis) is simply amazing and should be experienced first hand to appreciate them fully, IMO. If one is to forget badges for a moment and compare the R1 tail picture to the one of the 1098, it's painfully apparent that the Italian bike doesn't have half as much detailing as its oriental rival.

My words precisely! Even if one DOES remember about the badge(s), the 09'R1's rear takes the cake!
