My plan:
27 June: Delhi - Jammu by Tain, OR (if train tickets are not confirmed)
28 June: Delhi - Jammu by air.
28 June: Jammu - Srinagar.
29 June: Srinagar.
30 June: Srinagar and around.
1 July: Srinagar and around.
2 July: Srinagar.
3 July: Srinagar - Rangdum.
4, 5 July: Zanskar and back to Sonmarg.
6 July: Sonmarg - Pathankot.
7, 8 July: Pathankot - Pune. (Might leave bike in Delhi and fly back if some interesting route requires additional day or two).

Plan for Sep end and Oct start to mid is not yet finalized. Might be done by Aug first week.

The idea was to know who all are there, and in an unlikley situation that anyone needs help, any xBhpian back at home can see the page and contact the others to "help" someone out. Considering that so many xBhpians visit Leh, had suggested this to be done on the Leh Planner thread but no one did so...
