Day1:

Prelude : This weekend, I had the most exciting Benelli Buffet of my life

-Pad Thai : TNT250
-Spanish Paella : TNT300
-Italian Pizza: 302R
-Spicy Hot Biryani: 600i
-Rajdhani Thalli : 600GT
Its like a party with global audience with difference characteristics and flavor:

color color, which color u want ?

To start with, It was an early Saturday morning and most of us gathered up at Silk Board-Bangalore (except few lazy asses who delayed the kick off

). Instead of 5AM launch time, the actual take off happened at 6:30 AM with lot of traffic piling up already on the way.
After exiting from the city, we had a stop for the fuel up and a quick photographic opportunity to measure our wings of freedom as compared a benchmark wing in the background

Things didn't move that smoothly as expected, as lack of coordination and ride discipline added extra wait time at few stops overs.
Finally we all gathered up and marked our territory at the starting point of Kolli Hills, after all Lion is the part of Benelli's legendary
logo.

Kolli Hills seems to be a underdog when comes as the biking destination choice till now, but I am sure it will be on the top of charts soon. For us, the iconic 70 hair pin bends was the sole reason of marking this ride on our calendar. While climbing up the curves (stop being naughty

, as usual the only song in my mind 'We need someone to lean on' (i repeat again, stop it

).

The resort(Nallathambi) seems to be a good option for the budget choice as it cost us around 1100 per head including the Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner.

Next day, we head out for the famous waterfall- Agaya Gangai. Just 13KM from the resort with accessible roads and google map made sure we reached the place without playing the game like Pac-man. Our mind tricked us getting down the 800+ stairs to access the stunning view of the waterfall and to be honest we didn't regret it.

It fresh air with floating mist and charming sound of water dropping down was a detoxing treatment for sure. It helped me to achieve the #Innerpeace

(well atleast 1/30 second till camera frame rate)

One of the best place to get some candid shot was hair pin bend number 34, which has panoramic view and enough space to park few bikes.

The real sense of achievement was capturing the 70/70 landmark. A special moment for most of us who couldn't score 100% in school days

, so we did it our way as they say #ItsMyWay or #Highway.

The ride was finishing almost at perfect note when it was slightly drizzling on the way back home, the cloudy sky and water droplets on your visor feels like nature is writing a melodious poem.

Unfortunately the rain become so heavy that I had to stop over to cover my saddle bag as I was concern about my camera. After waiting for almost 30 minutes to realize that I loosing hope and sunshine, I took off and had a shivering ride for almost 1 hour before rain stopped near the Bangalore city.

To conclude: Well, Biking is in our DNA

Well done. I can certainly vouch for the beautiful hills down South, having recently returned to Pune after a ride to Munnar, Valparai and Ooty. We were keen to check out BR hills on the way back from Ooty but time did not permit.

It is the most scenic falls I have visited and BTW those 70 hairpin bends are a bliss ! Had been there once , gonna go again for sure .
