It's high time you stop promoting konkan now

A small input from my side.

Guys, am just posting a few destinations which I remember. Some of them may fit in your constraints while some may not. But in case they'll be helpful for someone's future rides, solo or group. So here I go. If it's of any help mera time safal ho gaya!

1) Kankeshwar: Ancient shiva temple on a small hill with awesome art work. Alibaug - Revas road.

2) Kolad: Everyone knows what's there

3) Diveagar, shriwardhan and Harihareshwar: Awesome beach. Golden ganesh temple and shiva temple. We've already had a successful overnight g2g there. Why not relive it once again. Accommodation wont be a problem either.

4) Shivthar Ghal

5) Ganpatipule: Beautiful beach and ancient ganesh temple. Once again a tried and tested destination for a group ride and overnight stay. A lill far though.

6) Guhagar: One of my favorite beach destinations and we can see velneshwar and Hedvi near by. Aplya Mandar bhau cha Gav

7) Tivare: Waterfall and Savitri River.

8) Dapoli: Beautiful beach. Nearby places include, Murud, Harnai etc.

9) Parashuram temple: Near Chiplun. Ancient temple of the creator of Konkan.

10) Pavas, Marleshwar, Malgund, Velneshwar

11) Hedvi: White sand beach. Mostly untouched.

12) Amboli: Once again an awesome place for overnight stay. Superb climate. One of the biggest ghats in Maharashtra and lot of points to be seen.

13) Kunkeshwar: My favorite beach and shiva temple. Very nice.

14) Tarkarli: everyone knows

15) Anjneri: Ancient fort. Considered birth place of Hanuman. Museum of old coins. On Nashik trambakeshwar road.

16) Mt. Kalsubai: Highest peek in Maharashtra.

17) Bhandardara:

18) Bhimashankar: A hill station. surrounded by thick forest. Shiva temple.

19) Shivneri: Birth place of Shivaji maharaj. Fort and hill station. places nearby lenyadri and Junnar

20) Kas Valley:

21) Panhalgadh and Vishalgadh: Both are hill stations and Forts. Very nice climate.

22) Ajintha and Verul caves: Must see caves in Maharashtra.

23) Daulatabad Fort: One of the best forts I've seen till date. Awesome.

ya i for one wouldnt mind 50 but as u say..it will be a mammoth task to arrange it...it would be epic if 50 ppl do turn up...being hopeful i kno...

^^Don't worry as of now I'm 200% sure of joining the ride just that I haven't mentioned it but now you have provoked me to do so.

If not coming then it wud be better to postpone the ride..

If I won't be able to make it then it won't be a bahana but a genuine reason (Read office work).

22 in itself is a very very good number. If the final count stays there then also we need to take care of the booking beforehand.

aur 50 logo ka khana,peena,dhona arrange karna will be a mammoth task....

That's what we can something new this Holi..rather than the usual holi celebrations every year..

We wont get the attendance of 50 bikers for an overnite g2g as we got for that amby ride. This is basically bcoz most parents dont allow for an overnite thingy...but can allow a 1 day ride.
