    Default RX 135 workshp manual and owners manual wanted

    Will some one post the rx135(4speed-'99make)workshop manual and owners manual here. i have the rx100 manual but few things are different.will some one post it plz.

    Thanks JD666, Manual is helpful to manage my RX135 Oil Pump. I am trying to adjust Oil pump by myself. A mechanic put the oil pump to high level it is consuming 500 ml oil in just 200 km run. I recently got rebore done, and completed Run-in 1000 km. I moved out of city and trying to decrease the pump action.

    Do you have any information on whether oil pump in RX 135 4S, and RXG has similar oil pumps?

    DeepRed:- Kindly post your intro in Who are You section in this forum.

    Your mechanic is in way done good to you by keeping the oil flow good. This would help in smoothing and set the rings. You'll need to add extra lube than recommended 30ml/litre of petrol during run-in period. In other words, If I were you, would run the bike with 40ml/litre till first 1000kms and maintain 40-50kmph. Now that the run-in is over, go ahead and adjust the oil pump flow now per manual.

    Word of caution: Check oil pump regularly and it is prone to malfunction and would lead to engine cease.

    With regards to Oil pump question on RXG and RX135:- I believe the oil pump is the same for RXG and RX135 initial models. Later the catcon models(2003?) is slightly smaller in size. Best way is to take the old oil pump with you if intend to purchase a new one.

    Hello Sir,

    I recently restored RX 135 (2002) model. I'm worried about the oil pump. If the pump fails and if it do not come to my notice then the engine have to run dry. So as precaution, I'm adding 20-30 ml oil per liter of fuel. Still I believe in the concept of Oil pumps and I'm totally new to 2 stroke also the bike maintenance. So I want to know the best and the simplest way to check whether the pump working or not.

    Before start using the RX I studied the little about the working of the engines. At present I'm checking it by removing the oil inlet to Carb from the pump in the running of engine to check the oil. But in this method I cannot understand the how much oil actually flowing. So Please help me in this regard.

    And about the engine condition, it is running on the 2 level of bore. And after the restoration, around 600km ran and I'm not riding it for the long run till I get the belief that everything inside going perfect because I love this bike and do not want to ruin it.
