Thanks JD666, Manual is helpful to manage my RX135 Oil Pump. I am trying to adjust Oil pump by myself. A mechanic put the oil pump to high level it is consuming 500 ml oil in just 200 km run. I recently got rebore done, and completed Run-in 1000 km. I moved out of city and trying to decrease the pump action.
Do you have any information on whether oil pump in RX 135 4S, and RXG has similar oil pumps? |

You'll need to add extra lube than recommended 30ml/litre of petrol during run-in period. In other words, If I were you, would run the bike with 40ml/litre till first 1000kms and maintain 40-50kmph. Now that the run-in is over, go ahead and adjust the oil pump flow now per manual. Word of caution: Check oil pump regularly and it is prone to malfunction and would lead to engine cease. With regards to Oil pump question on RXG and RX135:- I believe the oil pump is the same for RXG and RX135 initial models. Later the catcon models(2003?) is slightly smaller in size. Best way is to take the old oil pump with you if intend to purchase a new one.
