Cut and weld should do good. I guess you have two options with this.

1. Cut the exhaust tail end and get it out, cause Pulsar mufflers have a 2 chambers. This cut and paste is relatively easier.

2. Cut the exhaust (rectangular (3 cms X 25 cms starting from exhasut tube end towards tail end - ** tyre facing side ** ) and see if cross sectional view provides you glimpse of that freaking stone. Hard to patch up, but worth it.

Try these and if possible catch the culprit this weekend and ask parents to foot the mufler charges.

. WICKED idea.

How did he get it out?
If I were in your situation then would have complained the parents of the kid and even if they couldnt control their kids would have fired them,simple as that.Why take chances? next ime they could smash your bikes headlight or scratch your bike.

Or else Inflict violence!~
