difficult to carry out. your best option is to remove silencer and see if u can rattle it out.. dumb kids man... i would take each one to their parents and make them pay for a new silencer.

BTW i give you the award for the weirdest issue faced till now, that i have seen.. you take the cake..

Cyrus, I highly suspect this guy is the culprit. When he was small, he put small stones. Now that he is big, he put a big stone. Do not leave this guy

I would give that title to the post about hair coming out of silencer

If it was visible, it would come out with some effort, but this has probably fallen into the vacuum of the silencer hull, hence no photos

Man, this is like the Achilles heel, one small stone! and a whole silencer! I'll probably have to replace the whole thing if taking it out by dismounting the silencer fails!! The worst part is, it's kids of the daily wage workers who are supposed to take care of the vehicles parked downstairs, and there is no way these people can pay up for even a repair, let alone an entire silencer!
Two months ago their parents whitewashed a wall beside which I had parked my bike and I was stunned/shocked/awe! at seeing my bike splattered with white wash all over it! I had just teflon coated it a few days before that! Thank fully it was only 'chuna' and it washed off, but slight stains still remain.. I was in shock for few days thinking what would have been the scene if it was actually paint???!!! Oh god! the entire bike would have been ruined!

It looks like I'll have to have some kind of a secure box to put my bike in and lock it so that these careless and irresponsible people don't ruin my life!

If you can't get it out yourself, you'f have to take it to mech. He'll cut a portion, take out the stone and weld it back.

Have you tried bending the bike backwards&shaking it a bit?
If the stone is small, it should mostly come out with the force when the bike is started.
Else as JD said, you can try dismantling the silencer at the SVC&shaking the stone out.
Keep cutting/welding as the last option&yeah, start using a cover or something-that is a new bike&the people around are too pesky.

See if you can show your bike's silencer to the guys who decarbonize exhausts...especially autorickshaw ones.

i almost died inside....

Here some simple steps...

1) Get a Wheelie-Bar installed (Optional)

2) Do a 90 Degree Wheelie

3) Once the the bike is facing the sky, Make the bike stay in the air while holding the clutch. (This is simple, just use your body to hold the bike up, or get a friend to hold it from under the belly )

4) Rev while holding the clutch, if the rock was small enough to get in, it will get back out.

First thing is your bike starting?? Then...if the stone is small then do as sarvajit says. Probably the stone will come off when you rev a liitle high...?
And one doubt.. is the silencer a single piece or does it have small parts that can be dismantled?

Have you ever seen a multiple piece silencer on any indian bike till date? Leaving aside the head shields.
