open up your tank,remove it.
take out the cdi from its cupler,pour some wd 40 in the contacts,blow pressured air,refit.

you are done.

It can be a minor problem like a choked air filter they might have completely soaked it with oil after cleaning... or it can be a problem with the needle movement inside the carb

Ask them to clean the air filter and the carburetor... tuning it again go for a ride and check..
