clip ons are available in market in various desings from 2-pc to 5-pc designs and cost from 500 bucks to about 3000.
get to a good installer around ur area and he will be able to giude you as to which 1 will be a fit on twister. But do have an eye on the quality of the product youa are going to buy!

Clip on's are lower and you hav to bend to hold them while riding, it's suited for bikes with gear and brake levers which arE placed a little back on the bike. And bike's handling would also be hampered in traffic. If you still wanna go for it find a good quality product and a good mech who can install it for you

Not recommended to install after-market clipons. Better change the handlebar itself!

in pune you can try fishing around nanapeth.
and if you dont find any u can have clubma handlebars fabricated... i would suggest u go for rearsets along with clipons, or the riding position will be very awkward
