Default Pulsar 220 - issue post accident

Hi All ,

I had an accident some one month back on my Pulsar 220s. The bike was given into servicing, however, post that something odd has been happening. Would like someone to tell me if the issue is with the bike or its just me....

When i drive with a pillion rider , at higher speeds the bike tends to move to the right, and it takes a little effort to keep it straight and when i slow down or try to break , the bike seems to move to the left ....The sai service techs dont seem to see anything wrong with it ... I know this may sound odd but is there something that could be wrong with the bike ot is it just me ??

Could you please give more details about the accident?

Many things can cause this kinda issue. Right now , it can be any thing :
1) Improper fork bend removal
2) Rim bend
3) Cone kit issue
4) Wheel alignment
5) Chassis bend ( depending on the severity of the crash )

As antz.bin said , please explain the accident properly and then we can be little more clear.

If this happens only in High speeds then you can zero in the issue with the Wheels.

It should be the alloy's shape or the bearings with the alloy , Disc plate and also a Bent axle.

So just try swapping the front tyre alone with a known good bike at the Probiking center and test it. If you dont find the problem then you can narrow down your investigation much easily.

Hi,
I got the same problem in RX 135 (Mine goes to right whenever I drive with pillion ). The real problem was that the problem was in Chassis fitting. It was loosened at some points. Also this may be due to Wheel Alignment.

It has been a week since the query was posted. Since the thread starter has not responded with more details regarding his incident, the others here would be well advised to hold their horses and stop belting out misdirected solutions. I would request the mods to lock this thread till the thread starter is back with a more detailed explanation to his problem.
