1) Why do you need it? There are very less bikes with a temp. gauge.
2) Depends on how you ride it. A normal 40-60 kmph speed can take you pretty long distances. A hard ripping at full throttle might will make you stop every 1 hr or so.
3) What's the exact problem?
4) Look up the "Let there be light" Thread.
5) I think it is possible.
6) No Idea...

Why do you want a temp guage & tacho? Keep the bike in stock; If you're CAPABLE of riding 20% below the redline speed, you can keep riding your bike all day, IF, you can do it!!!

First of all, Realise that you have a platina125. I know we do miss the features, the feel of older bike. It's not easy to let it go from our subconscious.

Don't except zma feel from it. Also Platina needs to be ridden in very different way than the zma.

Treat her like Plaina125 and she'll serve you for years, without any problem.
I've ridden this machine and the engine is really good. Just know it's limits.

This solution might bring your worries down and might give you "peace of mind" :

Bring your Karizma R to where you are presently stay.

This will be an easier, cheaper, and way better option.

Cheers
