i'm going to give my FZ16 for 2nd service , can i switch to FS now?

yes you can, but dont.
Wait till your odo reads 8,000-10,000kms.
Till then you can enjoy with the semi-synthetic oils.
Btw, how old your bike is in terms of kilometers?

3K ODO reading , why i am asking is my bike is getting off during getting slow at traffic stops...any suggestion of this?..

what's your idle rpm?? It should be 1400-1500 rpm when engine is warm/hot and 1100-1200 rpm when cool. Check it out.
Wanna know, since when you having this problem? Are you facing it after any alteration made to the bike for instance say, carb tuning or clutch setting or anything?

i did't do any alteration no tuning or clutch settings my bike had only given to 1st service and its ready for 2nd service

just tell the idle rpm when your engine is hot. If its below 1200rpm then 'this' can be the issue.
Regarding other tunings SVC people can do that without even notifing you.
Or may be your bike needs just a service
