Thread: Technical Manual Wanted for HH Hunk

Guys I need a help: I want a HH Hunk manual (New Model). Not the user/owner manual but a manual which lists all the parts of the bike, sections, sizes of various nuts and bolts with technical diagrams. E-books/manuals preferred.

More than anything else, I need the sizes of the various fasteners/nuts/bolts/screws/etc. and the location of each of them detailed in the technical drawing.

That is going to be hard to source. I had once gone to a Hero Honda spares dealer asking him if he had a copy of the Service Manual and not the owner's manual. He had a copy, but would refuse to give it to me even for Photocopying.

For starters, can I have the bolt sizes of:
1. Chain Cover and the front sprocket cover.
2. Sizes of all the allen bolts on the hunk, viz. brakes, crankcase cover, etc.
3. Size of the bolt on the exhaust cover - the two which keep the chrome plated 'clip' like thingy on the exhaust cover.

If you need, I can give you the scan copy of manual book, which I got with bike...

Trying to get one from my SVC as well for ZMR.
Once I get a chance will get hold of all the HMC Vehicles.

I guess the TS is asking for the workshop/service manual and not the owner's manual.

It's not made available to anyone except the SVC guys. Best bet is to approach them and ask the service manual for getting a xerox.
Good rapport with SVC folks shall pay here.

Else, if you're in good terms with the workshop manager, he might lend you one for a few hours.

Satyajit Da, you have a great rapport with the Balaji Guys - you can easily source it from them na? Even for a few mins? In the meantime, we can xerox it?

i also need the same but for old model, 2008. i tried with HH Service Center but they refused even for copy. subscribed to this thread, as i am eagerly waiting for it to assist in DIY.
