Default Front Disk problem in P150 Classic.

hey..... i was kind of in a fix over the condition and i think its kinda urgent attention, its been a while i have been having this problem, my bike's front disk locks up initially and feels that have lost some pressure as well......

i have pulsar classic 150, since the problem i have replaced the brake shoes and refilled the oil even then the problem persists as local mechanic does not see any problem, there but one guy told me that metal part which actually pushes the brake pads is jammed nd not moving as it should, his advice was to replace the whole set. i don't have any idea so please if any one who has gone through this help me out ....

cheers
Mandeep

p.s. i have searched all the posts regarding disk problems, unable to find any i have started this thread, if any already exists you have my apologies.

You need to replace the caliper oil seals and master cylinder pump... it is called "caliper kit minor" and costs around 180 bucks and also "master cyl kit major" costing around 190 bucks. Also replace brake pads if needed. These changes are sufficient to restore braking performance. How do i know? I changed them myself in my P150!

I second that, abhijeet. I also did the same recently.
