Thanks..The shot was taken by xBhpian hits(Hitesh) from my cam, Canon A590IS.

And yeah, we did take every precaution to not to upset anyone around.The road which you see has a dead end exactly a km from that place, so there was hardly any traffic. We were keeping a strict vigil on the possible oncoming cyclists/bikers and the race was flagged off accordingly.

And about the best shot, well i will leave it up to you to decide after i upload all of them!!

Expecting both of you to make it in the next G2G!!

so biking scenario is getting better in orissa too...This is just the beginning, a lot of thngs still to come in near future.But we also need help of fellow senior xbhpians to promote biking in orissa(events like power1 hunt,yamaha ride tech etc)

The Meetup!!

The long awaited xBhp G2G in Bhubaneswar finally happened which incidentally is the 4th one officially.At first there were some apprehensions about the turnout but i made sure that I get individual confirmations from people and i pinged all the members before going to bed for their availability for the next day. After getting affirmative replies it was time to get to bed and rise early.

In the morning, got ready in a jiffy and headed straight to our meeting point, CCD XIM Square. When i reached there(8:45 A.M) i found Jyoti(chiku181-R15) and Hitesh(hits-Libero) already waiting. As we were having a brief talk, Sunil(diffuser911) came thumping along on his Bull!! Soon Avik(BLACK17BHP) also joined us on his spanking new Black ZMA.We ordered coffee and as were having them i got a call from new xBhpian Avilash who was asking about our whereabouts.He confirmed his bit and reached the spot in just 10 minutes on his "Fastest Indian" along with his friend who was riding a Unicorn.

Even at that point the final location was undecided and we were running out of time.In the meantime i was busy clicking shots while still contemplating destinations.


xBhpian amitpriya who was having his semester exams also joined us and left after a brief photoshoot.I would like to thank to take time out in meeting us even if he was having exams which was about to start at 10 A.M. We all wished him good luck and he flew(literally) towards the college on his awesome modded RTR Fi(I will get to that, later!!)

The plan was to have a photoshoot and possibly a Cornering one.The Drag Race was unplanned but as we had the three fastest bikes currently on sale in India we got all excuses to include that into our agenda!!

Finally after much discusion we zeroed in on the road behind the TCS Campus which was only 7-8kms from the meeting point.After finalizing the destination it was time to have breakfast which was already a part of our plan!! Had breakfast at udupi near KIIT and left for the destination!!

Nice to see another official G2G...and the turn-out increaseing...this makes swagat the only common link between all the G2Gs there...right??
