I took it to the nearest puncture shop and found that there was no Puncture or Valve leakage in the tyre but it was even more dangerous. It was a side wall damage, really can not believe that the bike like Ninja 250r which is the best 250 cc bike in the world can be sold with such quality tyres when it comes to India. This is something that Kawasaki should watch while having the alliance with companies like Bajaj. I am not blaiming Bajaj here but with great power comes the great responsibility, and they should understand it.
The same day I took it to the Bajaj probiking in Noida and they also checked the same and confirmed that it was a side wall damage, which initially started with a small bubble and then all of a sudden got burst, just like a blister. But what they did? they took some pictures; kept the bike for one full day; created a report and just went back. On that they also had got the gutts to tell me that because my bike has done 9000kms this can happen because of the tear and wear of the tyre, but they forgot, that a person who has a ridden a bike for so long understand that with wear and tear tyre gets damages on the surface that hits the ground and not the side walls, where in there is no damage on the rims either. This is purely a manufacturing flaw.
Few days later I got a call, saying that they have sent the report to the factory and they shall take time around 1 to 1.5 months, in the mean while they gave me a suggestion that I should change the tyre (as if I was about to ride the bike with the similar tyre
), and they should reimburse me the amount whatever it comes after the report's assessment. I was still fine I asked them to get me a tyre then. Again after some days I got a call stating that front tyre for my Ninja has arrived, which was same IRC 110/70/17 and for that I was told that the tyre costs INR 6000/-
. I said OK but let me check in the market first, and can you beat it that the same tyre is available in the market for just INR 1650/-

Really dont know who to believe on now when companies will do this...I was really very keen for going for an upgrade for Ninja 650R which is around the corners to be launched but now I am reconsidernig my thoughts, as the quality is not as good as what they provide in the international market. I think that Kawasaki thinks that Indian are fool and let's sell them anything and they will buy it.... I am really irate with this....
