  • Ten10 Racing bags Group-B 165cc Experts Title

This has been the most exciting year in the Indian Motorcycle racing season with our Group B R15 with numerous titles and never-heard performance in the Indian tracks.
It all started with my Street Yamaha YZF-R15 2 years ago and now the fruit is the all-out Group B race R15.
    S. Sarath Kumar, the worldclass champion who rode the machine was titled the national champion - 2010 and with most number of consistent wins over the season. The combination of the machine and the rider has been unbeatable and the factory teams have indeed burnt a lot of their midnight oil to keep pace.
The entire season saw a series of records being broken and race-pace which was first of its kind ever witnessed in India. Each round, the engine would get my treatment and the laptimes and outright performance kept going northwards. Sarath's feedback on the package and his riding skills further helped matters. The titles have been super encouraging.
Fastest Indian bike around the Indian circuit track
First Indian bike to break the 2 mins barrier at MMST
First and only Indian bike to clock a 1:58 min around MMST
Fastest 4-stroke race bike in the country
    Fastest ever Yamaha R15.

This leaves me quite delighted over the 2010 season that went by and looking forward for more challenges in 2011. From Indian racing to MotoGP.
Special mention of thanks to my technical partner - Race Dynamics India Pvt Ltd for being my soul mates in the project and delivering my expectations.

      Congratulations Mr. Joseph.

One request, I have really wanted to see Sarath ride, could you please put up a video of him riding? (preferably at MMST).

Yes, we would be getting an eye-full on our plasma's from next year onwards

Thanks man. All the work on the bike has been personally done by me, from the body work, frame, handling dynamics, aerodynamics, engine tune (different levels of tune, during each round of the championship) etc. This has been my flagship project for the entire year and every thought of mine has been implemented and its by the far, the most advanced and radical motorcycle ever built in the country. The state of the engine tune is far from anybody's imagination and the electronics on the package are quite a treat and quite complex to comprehend for most. This has been the highest revving Indian race bike and has had the best race-reliability.
Very happy about the package I built this year.
Having said this, I still admit that the engine is still detuned and not yet in its full potential. A few horses are still under cover .
