Nicks - Good to see your thread up! Now keep posting regularly.
Regarding the heat, boy if you ride a 650cc bike in city it is bound to heat up. But I have not had any major heating issues so far. In fact in a recent ride to Velneshwar, I had to ride the 650 in bumper to bumper traffic in NH17 for close to 1 hour and the bike did not heat up as one would expect.
Cheers & Ride Safe!

Yes Sachin. I'll do my best to keep it updated.
As for delivery pics, my H.D.D has crashed. Need to retrieve the data.
Had been for a ride with the Shurikens on 19th. The ride was planned till Ahura's but we ended up extending it uptil the Gujrat border as a fellow member had a Farm house there and boy i must say, ive never experienced anything like it. Attaching a teaser pic.A fact -- It takes more love to share the pillion seat, than to share the bed.

Re: The day i brought "Mystique" home
hummm... paintjob: yeah must have had more options.
exhaust n sound: umm oh well mebbe not. the hyperlow ground clearance is a pain in the butt for sure.
but exhaust + exhaust note... i never was a big fan of a noisy exhaust. on the contrary, i prefer my ride to be as silent as it can be... so kwnaja is okay on that front (imho) 😄◦ ● 4-wheels move the body... 2-wheels move the soul ● ◦

Re: The day i brought "Mystique" home
Date : 2-6-2013
Xbhp Ride to Sula Wineyards.
Route: Mulund-Igatpuri-Nashik-Sula and return via same route.
Distance covered : 330Kms approx
Time taken: 8 Hours
Well, I have already attached the pics here: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/xbhp-off...tml#post952542
Well, it was a great pleasure to be a part of the Xbhp G2G. The symphony of bikes of all variety moving in motion was a pleasure to see.
It was fun hitting the plain roads of the highways. Had my sister as pillion along, even she loved it. Now she coaxes me to take me to every ride possible. :P
Surprisingly, the ninja returned an FE of 28 Kmpl.. Quite commendable for a bike of this size according to me.A fact -- It takes more love to share the pillion seat, than to share the bed.
