Now, THIS is going to be a Motorcycle Ownership experience where we would have the least participation (from actual owners of the CB350)!

@Bhisnu: Like everyone else, I would absolutely LOVE to see some photographs of your CB.

little bit details of the bike
last started in 1988
probable reason to be abandoned-
accident--front new rib type Tyre(not the original one) blasted condition
tried to repair but improper handling
it was resting with a sardarji in his workshop full of junk from then in that condition.
me and one of my friend sidharth( karizma enthusiast) negotiated with sardarji for around one month and deal was made that he will start the engine, but he failed( he claims to be the most technically sound person to repair any kind of machines), t last we took a risk and with some veterans advice i bought the bike and brought it to my house.
the next day myself and rajesh(mechanic) and sidharth started to work:
1. opening all the engine mechanical.
2.cleaning the carburetor
3.important works
4..7.5amp battery connected and the firing sequence ,and gaps adjusted ,
the main problem which we faced that it uses ignition coil like old bullet or yezdi but the coil is 12 volt but not like 6 volts used in old bullet ,
so getting those coils was a big problem as the lucas which manufacturers it has stopped manufacturing those thing ,but still i managed to get two old stock product which were in perfect condition from a aged person ( he helped me a lot), then after that we could finally adjust the circuit and the contact breaker properly after that final adjustment of tappet and clutch plates done( they were in bad shape), new engiine oilafter two or three kicks it stated, i was so happy i can't explain after 21 days of effort the engine started ,it was sounding fine , it started with a single kick afterward,
i will give soon

what is the year of manufacture? you are having a very difficult task ahead, restoring it to its original condition. you can take help from some senior restorers.

can u post a full pic of the bike? (3 views-left-right-front)
