A balaclava could help with noise "caused" by the helmet but these would go way beyond and lead to a quieter and more comfortable ride. If they dont fit your ear canal well, then they may be uncomfortable.

lol.. none taken,
they're not uncomfortable after getting used to it
Balaclava won't give any good results according to me

I have a great idea how abt.... hanging in two speakers connected to the battery so even the on lookers can hear the musci so everybody is a winner :P :P
