Hi all Rockathon @ pune was a success.... thnx MG for providing VIP passes... Thanx Xbhp for this opportunity... we had spme decent number of visitors to our stall...sold couple of marchendise.. thanx mumbai gang for making it to this event...

Hello Rocking Kolkata xBhpians,
As we all know, we are going to be a part of the The MTV Pulsar StuntMania Rockathon on June 5th at Nicco Park Ground, Jheel Meel, Sector - IV, Salt Lake City. Gates opens 9 a.m and the Rock Show Starts 6 p.m.

I have got 50 VIP Passes and 100 normal passes. Passes, the VIP ones and the normal ones will be distributed on first come first serve basis to all the members of xBhp in Kolkata.

We are conducting a G2G on 29th May'2010 (Saturday), where I can hand over the passes to the interested members. If any member fails to join us, he can collect the Passes from my office in Salt Lake, Sector - V. Follow the next post for the Salt Lake, Sector - V address.

The most important thing is, please send me your xBhp ID along with your name in my mobile number as an SMS. My contact number is: +91-9038382827. OR, you can also mention your name and ID with contact number in this thread, I'll call you back.

Each member will get ONE VIP PASS against ONE xBhp ID and Normal Passes as per their requirement. Any member require additional ONE VIP PASS, he can come to the venue 15 mins early and collect the Passes - but, only in case the passes remains with us, we can give it to the member.
