Not the one to usually write logs I am posting my trip to UP to attend a friend's wedding

prologue

After last year's leh ride & before this years another long ride as usual was itching for a small ride somewhere

Plan was to joing up MG to his south trip

A sudden call from a close college friend -- "abe 20 din baad meri shaadi confirmed hai -- aana hai" -- I am like

-- A week before that there was nothing from his side

so with no option but to cancel the trip I looked online to book air tickets when suddenly a thought to combine this with a bike ride came to mind

A call & message to MG to help with the route & added inputs from Anant bhatia & gaurav thakkar I made my plans to do this

No a big solo ride fan as I like to talk,discuss & share the day to day experiences with atleast one like minded soul my worry was of being bored & nothing else

borrowed bags from deepan since mine would touch the CBR's exhaust I got ready to roll on 2nd july 2011

Bike: Red std cbr 250

gears:fieldsheer leather jacket & leather pants
fieldsheer polar waterproof gloves
kevlar normal leather gauntlets
EVS kidney belt
Bell star viper helmet
thor 50-50 riding shoes

Camera :canon eos 1000D with std lens (am obviously not a very good photographer & like more to be in front of the camera

)

Bags: dirtsack saddle bags
logitech hardshell kinetik laptop bag

phones: videocon ducati v6200
Asus windows mobile

raingear : duckback

At the start of the journey some 100 kms from home just before kasara ghat
