Default Ride in Solitude

Relationships are such a complex mechanism which keep u amaze during and after its all over.It keeps you on a high, things starts to fall over in perfect place and time passes in a whip u actually never think know , and so is the other of the it when it lefts you... the consequences are dire, you feel timid, feared and alas, if you are not lucky, in totally frustrated mindset.

But u know guys, i am bit lucky as i was able to overcome my past by god's blessings.I moved on and then thought who should be my partner, whom i can rely upon and then i decided to recall my memories of my 1st love.

There she is"ANGEL-THE ONE".She is so stunning, gorgeous and curvy;enticing me to go along with her every time we exchanged glances to each other. On that holy day (07 July), i decided to let her enter in my life.

Days passed. We started liking each other. She seems to get used to me (run-in complete..).Then i decide lets stretch her in unknown conditions whether she will last long or just another illusion....

So, Guys here it is a solo ride from Gandhinagar to Udaipur (to and fro).Below are the details:

Route:NH-8 (Gandhinagar-Himmatnagar-Rishabdev-Udaipur).
Distance:570.6 km.
Time:total 5:30 hours (excluding few breaks) covered in two days.
Rider:Yours truly
Bike:My Angel( termed as Honda CBR 250R)

Looking forward to PM to approve my log for complete details and pics

Cheers!!!!

Pre-ride checkup:

• Filled the tank full on HPCL Power(13 litres).
• Checked tyre pressure (29 psi, front and rear).
• All electricals and cables checked.
• Carried my laptop, mobile, camera, cords, backpack, helmet, gloves, balaclava and windcheater.

I planned to pass the city outskirts as soon as possible. The weather was cool and breezy.Average speed moved upto 70kmph for the 1st hour or so.Sun shined at full bright and the road upto himmatnagar is excellent. The tarmarc is super smooth and invites you to strech your steed.
Few random snaps

Angel looks so stunning

It’s 7:15 already and I have logged just 70-75 kms ..may be it am still adjusting to her…So I planned to strech her before halting@Rishabdev.

The gujrat-rajasthan border @ around 125 kms invites you with lot of sharp twisties and bends. She cleanly deals with it full aplomb...Also,on the way Shamalaji Temple is at really breadthtaking location , must see
Ist halt @Rishabdev,Shri Kesharyiaji Temple...must for darshan .It is around 65-70 km before udaipur and at a tri-junction one need to take a right turn towards temple.

after darshan i filled up with hot cup of tea and light snacks...

It was already 9:35 and sun was shining at its full glory. I need to catch up fast and make up my time.so for the next hour i rode at an average speed of 90-95 kmph and oh boy it was fun..At this part she came on its own.Riding so stable and motor so relaxed, i never want to let throttle down...

Oops i forget to mention, i had decided to visit mt friend's home in udaipur. I reached his home and had a rich lunch (Besan Mirchi was awesum...burrp!!!!) .On fatigue part, i do feel bit of pain on my shoulders, though back and wrist were fine.My friend Lokesh decided to let me visit some famous structures and lakes.
So, here i am....
@City Palace

Front view of palace

It's me...

I need to admit CT was one of the best palaces i have ever seen in India. i have traveled little bit of Rajasthan (did my engg. actually) and northern India, but the amount of attention lavished on every nook and corner was just magnificent...can u believe the emperor had 16 princess and had separate rooms for summer and winter , add to that splendid glass works and pickhola lake behind, the view is just superb..
