Sorry to keep you waiting guys, you might not believe but I am still fighting hard to cover up for the leaves I took for the Leh Trip.
Really appreciate the support and we would try our best to make the wait worth.
We started to look forward to this trip long ago as a Break Through from the usual Corrals of Life (not just the usual mundane office home-schedule, I am talking about breaking the puppet threads that LIFE controls and makes us dance with). So this time we would try to pen down beyond the kms and milestones of a road trip.
Would request you all to sit back and enjoy a daily feed starting from today. And please keep your views and comments coming for as they mean a lot for us.

Life is full of uncertainties and throws surprises on you...

I am a car enthusiast turned amateur biker.
Well I have been riding so called "bikes" for last 6-7 years now, but never took it seriously; I was one of those who live in the world where people still "drive" rather than "ride" a bike. I own a HH Ambition 135 2003 model and was very happy with the bike till… "Something" happened… which turned my life upside down…

So the preparation for the ride saw the first ray of light…
I had very less experience of long ride (just one ride from Delhi- Jaipur and back in Aug 2007) so I was apprehensive about many things, first and foremost I needed a bike.. Not a new one but yes should be fun to ride, don't know why but I never liked Bajaj bikes (no offence intended) so decided for ZMA…. But the question was from where can I find a good second hand ZMA… B2L pressed all his contacts into service.. we visited many places but failed… then our very own Ravi bhai came to rescue and suggested us a red ZMA previously owned by his friend, saw it rode it and bought it very next day….

So now we had a bike… upgraded the babe with new Bausch HID light, Veedol Super Swift Engine Oil, Iridium Spark plug, new set of trail tyres Vee Rubber tubeless 120/90 rear and 90/90 front etc etc…
Got some riding gears.. Scorpion Helmet, DSG Jacket, Gloves, Knee caps…

Now it was the time to prepare my butt for the settling down on that 10 gm of form for hrs together, we started with short trips to Manesar(Apr 2008), Rishikesh(Apr 2008), Agra(Jun 2008) followed by 3 days short pre Leh trip to Rohtang(Jun 2008) …
With this bit of preparation we laid the foundation of our trip….
