The amazing friendly guys at the Free Riders Motorcycle Club (FRMC) in Delhi invited a couple of us to their ride to Lansdowne this weekend. The trip started early Friday morning (21st November 2008) and we came back after 620 odd kms on Sunday evening 923rd November 2008).

The participating vehicles were:
  • Bajaj Eliminator (Roger/Puneet)
  • Kinetic Hyosung Comet Gt250 (Vrooom/Ashish)
  • Yamaha FZ1 Blue (Prakul)
  • Yamaha FZ1 Black (Ashwin)
  • Yamaha R1 (Sunny)
  • Harley Davidson Nightrod (Rishi)
  • Suzuki Hayabusa (Ajay)
  • Suzuki Intruder (Shiv)
  • Suzuki Intruder (Manu)
  • Honda Rune (Praveen)
  • Victory Vision (Hemant)
  • Triumph Rocket III (Pranab)
  • BMW X5
  • Skoda Laura

Keep a watch on this thread as I update it documenting the trip from the start till the end.

This is going to be a terrific photo-essay, I have a hunch already. And what better place than Lansdowne!

A wide-angle shot worth all those cc's!!!

Now don't rub it in any further sunny, with such a fantastic teaser...you know what i mean

On the contrary, I'd like to read the write-up and see all the photos asap, so that I am forced into making a different decision next time around

That Victory looks magnificent!!!

It was indeed fantastic to ride with the world's best bikes to such a beautiful place. The roads were just fantastic, we hardly made rendezvous with a bad road.

@simba: Thats a 100% crop telephotoshot, not a wide angle. just FYI
