But didn't like the VV. Looks too ambitious. But, Kudos to the guy who has got the balls to ride it.
      Not to mention, afford it!

Phew! What a gathering. The aural notes of such an outing with umpteen V-twins at wee hours of the morning must have broken many a slumber.

At first glance, I personally did not much appreciate the graphics on the tank of the Night Rod. I may like them if I look closer, in real life. I liked the mirrors though. Guess from Arlen Ness!

@manan: Yeah I missed you and your wise jokes. Most of all your cartwheels, maybe you could have done one on the vast surface area available of the VV itself!

            @dhairya: spledours, zmas. fz16, sx4 et all.

@manav: I have the Tomtom GPS kit with the rAM mount but that doesnt have the India maps. This one is a Gamin and very light so I thought i might just stick it to the mirror, which had no problems. Next time I will get a black tape to do it.

@Jonak: the first impression has been done. Will be posting it soon...

@ken: That night rod drowns all other objects on the road. I am sure that one can even hear it from the moon, its that loud and the angles suggest that!

ROTFL!!! You are so freaking right! And he has added on AM exhausts on top of that.

Is it the same gentleman on the Rune as well as on the VV?

Does that mean both the bikes will be parked in the same garage, or bedroom, depending on his attitude..

Does that mean he is the luckiest biker ever to be featured on our forum?

@slayer: Nice find! Well, sure seems so! The gentleman sure seems to have a panache for "different" motorcycles (well, if those two could be called two wheeled vehicles, that is!)...

Yes, they are the same, the Nightrod and the 1098 have the same owner.

Yes, the same gentleman owns the VV and a few others of similar stature besides these two. Some guys have all the luck! and the moolah and ....the taste to use it right.

@Sunny: You owe me one now. This august gathering was a bit too much to miss. And the black R1 parked below my office makes it worse.
Great pics though and good to know you did finally get to ride to Lansdowne on the 1. Tell us more about the ride.

@ken: Its is not just 'damn! missed the ride' but 'damn! damn! damn!'.
Lets take a trio of 1's and a ZX somewhere. Say what?

Woah.. Would die to see all these machines in real. The feeling of riding with them will surely be out of this world.
