Well it all began on the afternoon of 15th of May, as we gave our last exam.. n finally became graduates!!
waited for three long years for this day. It had already been decided that the day our last exam gets over, we'll run away from the hustle bustle of delhi. So it was me, rajiv n ravish who decided to start from rajiv's place at 5 the next morning, that is on saturday. So we went to Rajiv's room in DU area n waited anxiously for the sun to rise. From left, ravish, rajiv n me (rohan) ![]() The rides: my blue avenger and ravish's silver one ![]() |

Lansdowne has been (and it still is) my favourite all-weather/ all-time destination. It is a place that I simply LOVE! I mean, where else could you find such lovely weather and view just 260 odd kms. from one of the hottest places in India! I have visited the place atleast 7 times (if not more), and each time I fall in love with Lansdowne all over again.Bring on the triplog and the pictures now. Waiting for it eagerly. And yes, lest I forget, a BIG congratulations for completing graduation.

So we were up till 4 in the morning on saturday, an after millions of futile efforts of going to sleep, started getting ready n were ready to leave by 5:30. Picked up our bags n warmed the engines n then started our journey. Since we were near DU area, we took the Wazirabad road towards Hindon.
The morning sun ![]() It was a pleasant morning so we covered a major part of the jouney in a short time without any hassles. By 7 we had already crossed Meerut n then took the Bijnor road. Stopped our bikes for change of drivers. So rajiv was now driving the silver avvy n i continued driving my blue baby. ![]() I must mention here that its an absolute pleasure to drive on the Bijnor road. Absolutely straight n smooth as velvet roads with hardly any traffic in sight. One can even release the throttle and go to sleep on the seat and even then reach his destination in one peace. ![]() Changing seats on Bijnor road ![]() The amazingly smooth roads ![]() ![]() It had been almost 3 hours that we had been driving continuously and now all three of us were so hungry that we could have eaten any chicken that dared to cross our way! To add to our misery, there wasn't a single dhaba in sight! Just when we were about to fall off our bikes, we saw an array of restaurants (seemed like a mirage at first sight! ) on NH-119, near miranpur. So we wasted almost an hour hogging away omlets and sandwiches, and an extra fifteen minutes just to show off our bikes to a group of girls which was going back to delhi ![]() Our sumptuous meal ![]() So we started our journey again around 10:30 or so and crossed Bijnor and took the road towards Nazibabad. Just when everything was going smooth, the road ahead was blocked by cops because the poll counting was being done and they directed us towards some stupid village path and this detour cost us a precious half an hour. Not to forget the pathetic path, and my aching butt! ![]() The Gange bridge before Bijnor ![]() Stupid village path ![]() Forgot to mention here that while we were crossing the village, a big polythene sheet clung to my silencer and now it has turned all black and its not going off. If i try to scratch it off, the chrome of my silencer starts peeling off any suggestions as to how to go about it??

Nice one. Keep it coming. You took a shot of the road riding at 80kmph!!!
You guys say "sumptuous" meal and show us empty plates. Showing off your bikes to girls. And no photos? Waiting for the rest to come. 7 times!!! You looking for hidden treasure?
