Hi guyz,
So let me finally start writing about our lifetime ride we did in June'09.
Just summarizing the initial part :
As most of Mumbai-Delhi xBHPians know about our journey since there was a thread running on xBHP about our regular updates. For reference it is here
Ride Info : Mumbai - Leh - Mumbai
Days : 21
Riders & Rides : Me/Rachit (Karizma), Winzee (Pulsar 150 Dts), Razor aka Gopi (Apache RTR), Prasad (Bullet Electra)
Distance Covered : 6100 kms
Route : Mumbai - Ahmedabad (Gujarat) - Ajmer (Rajasthan) - Delhi - Chandigarh - Mandi - Manali (Himachal Pradesh) - Darchu - Baralachala (16000fts) - Pang - Tanglang La (17500 fts, 2nd highest road in world) - Leh (Capital of Ladakh, main destiny) - Chang La (17500 fts, 3rd highest road in world) - Pangang Tso (300 kms lake going in china with 7 colors, needs army permission to reach here) - Khardungla (18380 frs, highest motorable road in the WORLD) - Ladakh - Kargil - Drass (2nd coolest inhabitant place in world) - Shrinagar - Jammu - Amritsar - Haryana - Punjab - Rajasthan - Ajmer - Godra - Mumbai
Been thru all climatic conditions, Dry Sand of Rajasthan, Heavy Snow Fall in Himalayas, Mud, ice water crossing, oxygen level only 9.3% on top of world, in -20 degree temperature rain fall in Jammu..!
No words can describe it.. Out of the world..! The beauties, tragedies, challenges, indian army, patriotism, adventure what we have seen only we & god knows it..! Everything is in our hearts & eyes.. None of the pix or words can you give the closest real feel.. Need to Be there to Feel it..
After this journey we where sure "Indeed Paradise on earth is in India.."
"One doesnt needs to Die to See the Heaven"
