Hi friends
I am new here and would like to share with all that it’s a wonderful forum. I am new to biking and bought an Electra with self (Standard 14A battery) and disc sometime back. There is no special purpose of buying the bike as I already have a Scorpio and Accent for my daily travel / touring. I love to take care of my machines and I hope to have a similar relationship with by Bull too. Currently I am facing a problem and hope all experts here will be able to suggest some solution. I am really dissatisfied with the puny 35W headlamp of the bull and plan to upgrade it. The problem is that the holder is some typical type and no normal bulb (say H4) can fit into it. I have tried to search but couldn’t find any halogen above 35W for the same. Then I thought of installing HID but they are also available in H4 for bikes and I am unable to understand how will an H4 be fitted on to the reflector. I request all fellow Bulleteers who have upgraded their headlamps or installed HID to help me out with this. Happy thumping Amit. |

I want to know few internals about CBZ Xtreme's Electrical (Uni and Hunk might also share same).
When we press the PASS button with just ignition on(Engine not running) the dipper thing works. I mean the high beam glows on battery. I hope this means that HIGH BEAM works on Battery i.e. DC. Is is the correct interpretation? Question two. HID's work only on DC. So If the above thing is true, Can the HID unit be directly connected to the HIGH BEAM (Wires) connection of bike? I dont know A to Z of electrical . ![]()
