Now,
City rides (sane riding) - ~46 kmpl
Highway rides (mixed riding styles) - ~50 kmpl

If scooters' consumption ratings are also accepted then here is my 2008 Honda Eterno.

Best: 60kmpl at 50 kmph
Worst: 32kmpl (2nd gear trailing)
Average: 45kmpl in mixed driving
