If you are really need a cruiser, should go for Avenger. The closest next would be RE TBTS, which will cost you about 30k+ ? And there really isnt any other cruiser available in India. But in any case I'm pretty sure you cannot find a comfortable high speed cruiser in our country.
The thing is, India is not a market for the cruisers. You could go for a second hand "Hyosung Aquila" but you would have to take up many of its problem like dealer network or parts availability. So you are left with Avenger/TBTS. Now, I'm not against it, I myself was going to buy one but I don't understand the purpose of a low end cruiser, the Idea never works. Cruisers are meant to be smooth and powerful to cruise open long empty roads. I suggest you go for a tourer intead.
