RTR 180:

Brutal machine love the way it accelerates in straight line and behaves in corners.

CBR 250:

One the best touring or commuting bike i have tested. comfertable riding position and25 PS Honda keeps you ahead. However Cornering on CBR could be quite tough.

R15 V 2.0:

Not yet out so not much to say but since have be riding Gen 1 since last 2 years and many short and long rides I can say its a fun machine (Lot has been said about the old R15)

Looks:

Looks are subjective from person to person so you know what you want better than anyone else on this thread.

Fuel Economy:

No matter what magic number people say all the above will give you output of anything from 25 - 45 kmpl depending upon riding condition and style

Pillion Comfort:

R15 certainly not design to be a commuter bike so it scores lowest in all above however for short city commute it does not look that impossible as well.

Rest all the above will provide sufficient comfort to pillion.

Pricing and Maintenance:

Yamaha and Honda will be at higher side as compared to others.
Fantastically put up!!

Guyz, have anyone found a detailed review of new R15? Would love to read a review of new version Vs old one.

By the way R15 is leading by a huge margin in the poll results. Thanks guyz for your input.

Due to the unacceptable waiting period of R15 (7 months to be specific) I am now more inclined towards CBR 250R.

However, heard a lot of negative things like engine seize, poor finish of paint and plastic parts and unavailability of spare parts. I'd request the CBR 250R owners to please throw some lights on it. Any suggestion would be helpfull.

Personally I would suggest R15 V2, I don't know why its such a long waiting period over there. Have you tried other showrooms?

Regarding CBR, I personally didn't like the design , and with the parts issues cropping up every now and then, its a drawback. No doubt the Honda engines are smooth.

Yes Prateek, I've tried many showrooms. Some of them are giving immediate delivery for a hefty premium. 1.5L at Vinay motors Goregaon east.
