Man you stay in Chennai, so considering the track so near i would not recommend P220 if you plan to hit the track often and mileage "Atleast 45" is not possible with R15/P220.

i think the best bike to go for according to his wish list is this one......
it'll easily give 50kmpl, mine gives too...(got to keep it in 4000 area though

go for the titanium grey colour. It looks understated yet classy on the Apache.
