Pune to host �Hero Cycles India Cyclothon� on Feb 27
InPune, the Hero Cycles India Cyclothon will for the first time have contestants of Femina Miss India-2011 riding in the presence of the current winners. The Cyclothon aims to reinforce a cycling momentum in the city and establish that few other activities can match this on the fitness and environment-consciousness parameter.
Amateur Ride - 20 Km and promise to be fun, non-competitive rides with similar routes but different flag-off timings. The third category is the Corporate Ride - 20 Km, a non-competitive ride for corporate employees and encourages mass participation. The fourth category is the a fun, non-competitive ride for children in the age group of 8-13 years (to be accompanied by a guardian). The assembly point for all categories is Range Hill Grounds, Range Hill Road. In addition to these four categories, the Elite is a special ride for professional cyclists.
