Thank YouOriginally posted by jd666 View Post^^ Use a glue gun and glue it to your bikes alloy spoke.
what I wanted to know is that the magnet is to be placed at max 5mm apart from the sensor which is very small a gap. If I stick the magnet to the alloy, the distance is quite more(provided the sensor is fitted on the suspension fork). Scratching my head as to where and how to fit them 5mm apart.

^^ fit the sensor on a bracket. The bracket can be fitted to the fork leg ( get any generic clamp from a hardware store that can be adjusted for diameter ). That lets you keep the sensor at any distance you want from the magnet.

can you please help me with a pic?
will a worm type hose clamp do the job?
I know only one type of clamp that can be adjusted for dia and that is a hose clamp as shown in the attached pic.

Yup it will work. Just mount a plate ( patti ) between the clamp and the front fork and bend it 90 degrees. Cut to desired length and mount sensor. done.Originally posted by Prakritij View PostThank You

Rs.300/- thats about $6Originally posted by kb100 View Postany make or model and how much did it cost and how did you pay

man all the ones in that range are similar in Quality...so don't look for make and model.
these are the lowest priced ones.
if you want to go for good Quality ones, go for Sigma
starts from around Rs.1000/-
