  • Which helmet for my Hercules Top Gear and Turbo drive?

I have a Hercules Top Gear [ since the last 7 years] which I ride seldom because she is located at my hometown. But I do ride the Turbo Drive mountain bike daily and derive a good amount of joy doing so. Any good helmets all you guys would like to suggest? How to assess its proper fitting? What are the price ranges?

Any helmet around a thousand bucks is good. You have a variety of helmets available. You can try out the helmets in your local cycle shop.

Cycle helmets are adjustable to a point. The best way to know if a helmet is fitting properly is to try it on. Adjust it in the shop itself and if it fits, then buy it.

Note: Stay away from helmets which are sold for 300 odd rupees.

You can buy helmets online from bsahercules.com. They have some good looking helmets between 700-1000k

Though I have never seen those helmets in person. But since it is a matter of keeping the brains within the skull, I would suggest to stick to better known brands.

For example, something like this - Buy Helmets Online | PlayGroundOnline | Online Sports Store

Though in now way am I advocating the above website
