  • Mountain biking vs. road biking - physiological differences etc.

What are the physiological differences between mostly riding a road bike vs. mostly riding a mountain bike?

What is your perceived difference in the group demeanor between mountain bike groups vs. road bike groups?

Do you ride both mountain bikes and road bikes. What is your % split between the two?

Road, climbing, and gravel bikes are designed for different types of terrain and riding styles, so choosing the right type of bike depends on your intended use and personal preferences.
The best type of bike for you depends on your riding goals and the type of terrain you plan to ride on. If you primarily ride on smooth, paved roads, a road bike is a good choice. If you plan to ride steep hills or mountainous terrain, a climbing bike might be more suitable. And if you want to explore off-road routes and trails, a gravel bike is a great option.

In his article we will help you establish whether you should get a mountain bike or a road bike depending on your needs.
