My wife's bike annoyingly came with rims drilled for Schrader. I'd like to convert her wheels to tubeless, but instead of using Schrader tubeless valves I'd really like to use Presta to make it consistent across all our bikes. Can a Schrader drilled rim be successfully converted to Presta tubeless?

So long as the rubber boot where the bottom of the presta valve meets the hole in the rim fits nicely, it will work fine. I had a pair of presta valves I used when I converted rims drilled for schrader and I just snugged the presta valve collars nice and snug and centered the valves and all has been good since.
