Also at 300kms odd the drive train is just not even starting to breaking in to a smoother contact!!!

Very simple. My elevation gain is 100m for every 16km in the place I live. Sometimes I just put quads in complete action instead of calf and ass being on saddle. Alike weed, once you get the taste of cleats+stand up and pedaling on climb, you'll never stop it.

If you're on flats and focus on your cadence definitely your cassette will last a lot longer. I put on 3/2 with 5/6/7 nothing else apart, I know its not supposed to be ridden alike that, but just cant resist. In my case when I put in a lot of cadence (greater than 90) I get a skip on 6 to 7 and so which marks the wear in the most used to cogs.

Re: Cleaning and Lubricating Bicycle's Chain

Well all things said if u want to have a clean and lubricated chain which is also efficient then pls spend some bucks and get proper bicycle chain lubricants like finish line or zefal. Sure it might seem a hit too much of spend but believe me it increases both life and efficiency of the chain by big margin. Using motorcycle oil or other types makes the chain a dirt magnet and over time grinds down ur drive train.
