Re: Beginner to cycling world. Need clarification in Bike Size
As on the other thread:
At 5'8" you should fit an M sized bike. But bike sizing varies from person to person. And your best bet would be to travel down one day to Chennai, check out the Decathlon store and buy it after taking a test ride. I know that requires more effort, but it will be worth it i am sure
All the bestBiking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

To get a perfect measure, you'll need to measure your inseam length and match it to the bike.
At 5'8'', if you've got long legs, you might well fit the "L" size.
There are other parameters too for getting an accurate measure, but those things are adjustable. The inseam length matters most. Make sure you buy the right size... it's critical, trust me!

This is quite interesting. I wish I had seen this a few days earlier.
I bought a second hand Montra and do face a bit of issue on my back after some time of riding. But I also have just started off with cycling, so new to it.
If I get regular with this, I will buy a new one and will surely keep this video in my mind.
