I used to hate the design of Diavel but somehow I've started liking it now. The wicked styling is growing on me.

This is some different breed of bike and I love this one over all other Ducatis.
Its a bike from the future!
Where did you see pillion footpegs?Originally posted by aargee View PostTo me...
The front reminds of V-Rod but I assume Diavel has a slight back mounted foot pegs instead of forward. The back virtually has nothing & I wonder what would be the pillion comfort

Where did you see pillion footpegs?
Footpegs and grab-rail
Passengers on the Diavel will appreciate the way the slender passenger footpegs ingeniously fold down from the rear sub-frame as well as the innovative, T-bar shaped grab-rail assembly, which slides out from the rear of the seat. Deployed from a mechanism under the seat, the grab-rail provides a comfortable and confidence-inspiring grip for the passenger, while the shape perfectly blends into the lines of the tail-piece when retracted. Both passenger-friendly features are crafted in forged aluminium and shot-peened for strength and

I sat as a pillion for a km or so and it was comfortable enough.

Opened up a couple of Hi-Res pictures from the internet to finally figure out where the 'hidden' footpegs are.Originally posted by Sunny View PostFrom the official Press release:

But at that height, I guess it woul only be able accomodate really really small pillions!
Anyways, I would not want to have a pillion on this Devil of a bike!

agreement ..
I know about the ducatis being out of the fastest bikes in the world and how sweetly they are known to handle etc.
I don't mean to offend anybody by saying I have never liked any of the Ducatis, specially the street fighters (naked), ever, looks wise.
This is the first that has captured my imagination. So, a big thumbs up. It looks, to put simply, SEXY.Education is an admirable thing, but it is well to remember from time to time that nothing that is worth knowing can be taught. - Oscar Wilde
