dont take it other wise but engines with timing rodes are trouble some engines
i had an 84 enfield which i sold for the same reason
the push roads often tend to bend when ever there is few down shifts done in the engine at high speeds
also u need to at just the tapet play almost every month or some times twice a month becuse if tapet gets loose and u ride it on very loose tappet then your timing rod or push road will bend again .hence forth the concept of timing chain was devoloped and also again as the chain gets loose very often the concept auto timing chain adjuster was developed
going back to timing road will be a back step

awesome review by. I felt as if I'm riding it . In a country where this guy costs as much as a Sedan or a 1BHK flat it is a Premium class. It's in a league of it's own and it should be.

49 deg V-twin runs two valves per cylinder via three cams. The push-rod activated valves are moved by self-adjusting hydraulic lifters.

So, no worries about bent Push-rods and frequent adjustments

The Thunder Stroke 111 Engine had been used to recreate the 'Spirit of Munro' when it had been launched. Popularised by the movie 'The World's Fastest Indian' where Burt Munro had broken the land speed record aboard his Indian at the Bonneville Salt Flats.

                    So, finally feather meets dot

As always, a detailed and nicely written review. It would be interesting to see what their move would be in Indian market, will they play the niece market game like Kawasaki or release affordable cruisers like HD. Anyway, some hard times for RE ahead, if they wants to stay in business, they gotta do something too.
                    I am back!

Ohhh my goodness!!!What bike. Its breed apart, this is called class.
The pics and review here are so fantastic. Thanks for that

If my knowledge is not wrong the International edition of this bike is powered with 1811CC and the performance torque is around 140NM. And the thunderstroke 3 engine is its highlight.
Looking forward to see more reviews and reports about this classic machine.

As for power figures, the company does not declare BHP figures but state that it is close to 100 bhp. Usually big bore cruisers are more about torque than outright power.

Can we compare the Honda Rune ad Triumph Rocket 3 with this machine ???
Would that be a brainless question from me ???
