I am not really good at writing, let me put it in this way that I have never written. Tried a few times but always failed at it. Today when I was on my way to get stupid things sorted for myself. Met a bunch of kids who one of us generally meet on our way to places who would try to clean your bike or car or try to sell you a flower or balloons.

How many times do we see then and think how under privileged they have been. How many times do we see them, and think that how privileged we have been. I think there is a difference in both of the sentences here or the questions.

Today even though I had nothing to offer to them like always or nothing did they have that I could have bought. But a stupid act of mine did make them happy and smile and that what made my day and made me smile all day long.

@DD: Nice, real nice..These small things matter so much in life. It is really good to know that inside of that tough looking bulleteer, is a kind-hearted, matured biker. Cheers!

Interesting, tough, existential off-topic reflections raised by DD. Makes the reader sit up, think.

DD is not tough looking, he is soft-spoken, equally soft-looking, that is the way I perceive him.

Desi you are absolutely right. And thinking deep down we realise how priveledged we are. Something that is stupid, meaningless to us becomes the reason for someone's happiness.

Well thought and nicely presented expressions .

That's a lovely thing DD that you did..
Done such kind of many things on the road..and small kids just jiggle and cackle like anything.. and ultimately we ride rest of the time...

                      Hey Deep!

Mate the first thing I felt was that of shock, a little anger, towards myself & also towards you. The reason I was angry at myself was because I had been in similar situations, either on the traffic signals or in parking lots, & even though I thought this way, I never had the courage to speak up about this to anybody. I wanted to do something for such people, but never thought that it could as well be shared with others, so that even they could look at things in this perspective. Call it immaturity, or call it cowardness, but thanks to DD, I feel more mature, & feel the power to do something, & like he says, at least I can bring some good memories to these people.

As for the second part to my anger, DD took away the opportunity to a wonderful thread that I would have loved to post, kya yaar!!!!!! (haha)

                      Thanks again Deep bhai.

                      Take care.

                      Happy thumping,

This surely shows your pure heart.

I must say there are only few people who actually think about this. Else i've seen many time people shoeing away these kids.

Atleast they try to clean your bike/ car or they try to sell you something but it's also good coz eventually they'll move away from begging. Small human gestures sure make alot of diffrence
