After much deliberation, thought of opening this thread as i wasn't able to find out which are the best and most ergonomic backpacks available these days. I am precisely looking for a bag(for work and travel) which helps me efficiently manage my 15" laptop, 1x dslr camera, 1 extra lens, all chargers, few books and travel knick knacks. This bunch stays the same, until sometimes I decide to not take the lappy or camera. I did a lot of research through Lowepro, Ivar etc and found these two really really good. But then what about Caselogic, Samsonite, or even Kriega for that matter?

The major buying factor is:

1. Ergonomy: no matter how much weight I carry, the spine shouldn't get stressed, for sustained periods during trekking, walking or even biking etc & things should stay nice and organized inside. Ivar wins hands down here.

I have a decent budget and wont mind stretching it for something which is really the best. I liked Lowepro's Compuprimus and Computrekker series, but they are little heavy. If there are folks here who have been owning one, please recommend something for my multi-faceted use.
