Any how, pretty nice initiative and very much needed. There have been quite a few good members disappearing from the forums because of such flaming posts.
Hope it brings some of them back.

Like some of the others have pointed out there are just too many guys posting irrelevant stuff and then there are some esteemed members who think that a four digit post count is a license to pick on newbies.
