Avinash Noronha aka The Monk is a biker who essentially believes in solo touring. His first ride was from Kanpur to Kanyakumari in the monsoon of 2010. He has done many other shorter solo rides, along with riding to Spiti in 2011 and Rajasthan in 2012. He considers himself a two-wheeled 'freak' who loves cycling as well. He rode from Shimla to Manali via the Spiti valley in 2012 on a bicycle, also Solo!
He has a keen interest in Motogp and WSBK, and all two-wheeled motorsports in general. His wish is to see Indian riders participating and winning in a world level series.
