      very true, actually in a team, its not the individual skill that matters, but more importantly how the team works together as a single entity.

        The above article is not only befitting for any high risk work place, but also any industry or type of work these days. PROCESS & DISCIPLINE seems to be the key to success here, when adhered to strictly, there's very less room for human errors & slippages. And leading a discipline life helps one to succeed better in life.
