We came across this interesting video made by the Indian Head Injury Foundation to spread awareness of wearing helmets before riding. They have shown that even when Gods are unwilling to ride their vehicles, why should us mortals think twice before throwing that lid over our head.



The IHIF have drawn parallels between bikers who get ready for a ride and the Gods who also get ready for their ride. After getting themselves equipped with all their 'gear', they screech to a halt because they forgot their head gear.

A nicely made video and some interesting thought gone into conceptualizing it. We hope people who watch this video will get inspired to wear their helmet every time they get ready to ride.

The IHIF was formed in 2007 by Maharaja Gaj Singh. He founded this after his son was affected by a head injury while playing polo. After going through weeks of testing times, he decided to set up this organization to help spread awareness of the importance of wearing a helmet and "His aim is to provide Indians, especially those who do not have extensive resources, with optimal aid immediately after sustaining injuries, avail neuro-critical care and finally neuro-rehabilitation, while also empowering the families of these victims, and spreading awareness on the prevention and care of TBI"
