    I'm a commuter mostly but definitely into occasional touring. Thus I would always prefer a shoe that suits both my needs and foremostly provides safety.
    Therefore MY SOLEMATE - PICUS LWR
    WHY?
    8” water resistant which is extremely great to cut through the mini-floods,
    Ankle twist protection &     Steel toe protection - which is a must for that God Forbid situation,
    Shock absorption on the seat region is helpful in case sudden impacts.
    Highest grade abrasion resistant leather - making it durable and safer.
    Well designed flex points makes walking comfortable - a bliss.
    Anti slip dual density sole - again a bliss in gravel filled/slippery road conditions
    Anti - fungal In-socks - clean and fresh is always great

      I do commuting and touring both because riding a bike in city is really hassle free than a car and takes less time and touring for weekends or whenever I get time to getaway from the tensions of life.
      IBIS- LWR
      They will be the real solemate as I need them for touring and riding in rains in city. Currently am using my woodland shoes but they get wet in rainy season so waterproofing is really a need. I chose the laces one because boots or shoes without laces I don't feel they are safe I cannot feel confident without laces. The anti slip sole will help in rainy season or I am thinking to do a Jammu trip next year so thinking it will help me on unknown terrains which are waiting for me . The anti fungal socks will prevent fungas to grow from the sweat or rain we face or I face during my trips. Ankle twist are very normal while riding as a little bit of disbalance and we will try to balance most probably in rough terrain ankle will twist even to an extent you can't ride so it will save from that too as it is really painful you should not try to see how much pain it can cause. The manners we have on Indian roads anyone will ride on your foot and move and it is also a really painful ordeal so these boots have protected from that uncertainty too. Shock absorption is also a good feature to add on as we riders get really tired and a little bit of extra pampering won't hurt. The flex points would make it really comfortable to walk which I don't even feel in my woodland shoes. The 12 inch tall design would protect from the engine heat in cities. It has a lot more to offer which I may not have covered and after the use one will discover and lastly the reason I need these is it will help me invest in good quality jacket and pants perhaps.
