1. We will be selecting 3 winners - one for each race track (BIC, Kari, & MMRT). The dates of the rides are follows:
A. BIC : April 22, 2019
B. Kari : May 1, 2019
C. MMRT: May 3, 2019
2. The winner must report to the track on a TVS Apache motorcycle (160, 180, 200, 310 RR) only. If you don't own one, you can borrow from your friend.
3. The winner will have to arrange their own racing suit.
4. The winner will have to make their own travel arrangements to and fro the race track.
5. Full leather suit (one piece or two piece), full gauntlet gloves, riding boots, and a helmet with Double D lock and appropriate safety certifications are mandatory to ride on any race track in India.

8. This contest is open to residents of India only.
9. The prize will not be substituted with cash or any other product.
10. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. Closing date for entry will be April 22, 2019. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
13. The promoters' decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
